Holistic Therapy for Anxiety, OCD, and Perinatal Mental Health
Supporting mothers' maternal mental health is one of my passions. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where mothers can explore the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Through evidence-based practices like mindfulness, somatic practices, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I help mothers navigate feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, or depression. I also focus on enhancing self-compassion and strengthening coping strategies tailored to their unique experiences. Collaboration is key—I work closely with other healthcare providers, support groups, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care. My goal is to empower mothers to feel heard, supported, and capable as they embrace the complexities of this life-changing journey.
